Hole #1

The first hole is a straightforward par 4 that works a little uphill, with a two-tiered green. The second shot places a premium on distance control to set the player up for a putt for a birdie.

Hole #2

Hole 2

This hole is a medium-length par 5 that’s demanding off the tee. Trees line the right side of the fairway and a creek lines the left. If you can place your ball in the fairway, it gives you a great chance to go after the large green in two.

Hole #3

Hole 3

The third hole is the most straightforward par 3 on the course. An accurate tee shot is called for to hit this challenging green, which is flanked on its left by the course's largest bunker.

Hole #4

Hole 4

This is a hole that most take for granted, but it packs quite a punch. An accurate tee shot is called for and distance control is at a premium on the toughest putting green on the front nine. Make sure you stay below the hole or be prepared to three putt.

Hole #5

Hole 5

The classic risk/reward hole. A drivable par 4 demands length and accuracy to drive the green, or try for a precise tee shot to a smallish fairway and then a demanding wedge shot to the narrowest of putting surfaces.

Hole #6

Hole 6

A slightly downhill par 3 that places a premium on distance control. The green is accessible, but be wary of the left side, where trouble lurks closer than it looks.

Hole #7

Hole 7

A blind tee shot placed in the fairway could make this a birdie hole with a short wedge approach. The second shot is one of the most scenic views on the front nine.

Hole #8

Hole 8

Our signature hole—it boasts one of the best views in the Alpharetta area. A long tee shot with a lake on the left gives way to a second shot to a large but well-guarded green. Any par here is one to be respected.

Hole #9

Hole 9

The number three handicap hole presents quite a challenge. Accuracy off the tee is a must, and the green demands good distance control and a soft touch to walk away with par.

Hole #10

Hole 10

The turn presents you with the easiest opportunity for a birdie. A good drive leaves you an option to go for the green in two or lay-up to an area that provides a wide open third shot into the green.

Hole #11

Hole 11

The most demanding par 3 on the course, a well-controlled tee shot will leave you a difficult putt for birdie. A wayward tee shot will present a challenging up-and-down for par—a par here should be cherished.

Hole #12

Hole 12

A straightaway par 4 that gives off the vibe of a birdie hole, but don't let your guard down for a minute. Hole 12 is one of the more challenging greens on the course, and makes par a good score on your card, as well as with your friends.

Hole #13

Hole 13

Ranked as the number two handicap hole on the scorecard and nicknamed "the Beast" by our members—this very long, difficult par 4 is the most challenging here at the Trophy Club. A long, accurate tee shot will leave a difficult second shot into one of the most undulating greens on the back nine. Good luck!

Hole #14

Hole 14

The shortest par 3 at Trophy Club is home to the most difficult green complex on the course. The front of the green is guarded by a winding creek and a cavernous bunker. They account for all shots that come up short. But beware: a shot that goes long leaves you with one of the faster putts on the course.

Hole #15

Hole 15

Accuracy is essential on this short par 4. Any tee shot that finds the fairway leaves a downhill second shot into a smaller, three-tiered green that again puts a premium on touch.

Hole #16

Hole 16

A short par 4 that presents another birdie chance for golfers of all levels. A tee shot onto the fairway opens up to a smaller green, where all putts are destined to be made on this hole, known for its "Southern hospitality."

Hole #17

Hole 17

A dogleg right par 4: a tee shot onto the fairway will leave you with a “postcard moment” second shot into a very receptive green. This is another hole on the way in that will give everyone a nice shot for birdie or an easy par.

Hole #18

Hole 18

The shortest par 5 on the course finishes your round, but don't be fooled by the lack of distance. The tee shot is demanding, and the approach shot requires both accuracy and distance control to tame the last hole of this course. Beware the bunkers surrounding the green, as they will ruin the end of your day before the 19th Hole.
